3.163 does not respect the ICD=TRUE directive or lack therof. ICD is enabled whether the directive is present or not. Has anyone else tried this version with PCWH?
I went back to 3.158 (last known good build) and things work again (including the bugs that were to be corrected in later builds).
Yes... this is annoying.

Never had a problem with ICD directive PCM or PCH (just used it the other day at 3.163).

3.163 has problems with the ICD. It can freeze or trace incorrectly and some code from the compiler looks suspect specifically in printf . Since there is a lull in updates this week I think they could be working on fixing it.
