They claim to be able to 'reverse engineer', aka read code protected PICs ( and others....) and make a copy.

Anyone heard of this ?

Can it actually be read and printed out, or just 'cloned'

I am not aware of this specific site, but yes, cloning a locked chip has been old hat now for many years. There are some that officially do this as a business.
