Hello all
i wana tell u that this is my first project with pic so i need a lot of help if any one can provide.In my project i need to send datat through serial port to the pic so any one can help me by send me some examples or some document on how can i do that and thanks for every thing

Use the Search feature on this board and search for "serial". This has been documented at least a dozen times on this board, some very recently. Rather than have everyone repeat everything again, take a little time to search and I think you will find quite a bit.

In addition, please be usre read the CCS FAQ. It will save you (and us) a lot of time for little things that are already well documented.

One other thing, take a look at the examples files. In particular look at ex_stisr, ex_sisr, ex_tgetc and ex_lcdkb. These should give you some additional help in getting started.
