'autofill' or 'spellcheck' probably thought TIMER() should be TURNER() ???
I admit my 2-3 finger typing isn't great but it's ME making the typos NOT some stupid AI !! Smile

Looks like sifirzero1 has made some good efforts at programming so he
definitely knows a bit of what he is doing. The Google translations I got were
kinda funny though!

This has an example of measuring a frequency by counting the time for a
pulse.
At no point does this involve changing the crystal frequency. What is being
done is the time between successive edges of the input signal are counted
in counts of the master crystal clock. This value is then reciprocated to
give frequency.
Hopefully gives you somewhere to start from.
