JDM program for 16Cxx?

Can the JDM programmer used to program 16Cxx or it is only useful for 16Fxx e.g. 16F876, 16F84, 16F627...

I beleive that the JDM programmer can only program serially programmable PICs. The 16CXX like the 16C54 can only be parallel programed (if I remember correctly).
